Arrived late at night and was rewarded with a friendly smile and a fair priced rustic room that was clean and comfortable. It’s definitely dated, but it’s clean. We would gladly stay here again
Today I came in this afternoon, and was welcomed by the ladies. The hotel itself is very cozy and super clean. Carli & Joselynn greeted me with their beautiful smiles. Thank you for your expertise and patience with me. Especially Carli she went above and beyond to help me. You guys are the best and make it worth spending the money! In addition thank you Carli for holding the door for me, as I am unable to walk due to injury.
Very nice. Comfortable. Not far from the freeway. Not super high end so not pricey. I would go back. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was very good but the portions were a little large and we left too much food on the plate.
Jocelyn was extremely welcoming and accommodating when it came to helping us find the perfect room to meet our family’s needs. She was very knowledgeable about the area and helped us by answering all of our questions. I’ve stayed at many different Best Westerns, and this one by far exceeded my expectations.
My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel overnight on our way home from visiting family. The hotel is nice and quiet and conveniently located off of the I-5 freeway. This hotel has 2 separate dining areas each for breakfast and for lunch/dinner. This hotel was a bit pricey especially since breakfast is not included in the hotel price. We ate dinner there after we arrived for the night and we ate breakfast before we left the next morning for our trip home. We had chicken stir fry for dinner which was a large portion and my husband had bacon and eggs for breakfast and I had oatmeal. Both were adequate, but not really worth the cost. The bed was a bit hard, but I have a sensitive back so it may be good for others. Overall, it's a good hotel but not worth the price for us.
First off the second you walk into this rustic Best Western, I was greeted by the most friendly, courteous and warm associates at the check in desk. Her name is Joselynn, yes that’s spelled correctly I had to ask her and verified by her badge. Carli as well, her smile is very lovely and her warm aura could light up a room :) Joselynn and Carli were Very informative , the associates who covered all the bases about the hotel. No surprises or hidden peek a boo charges! Flawless. I asked about the restaurant if in fact it was good. She said absolutely I gave me a few recommendations but I ultimately went with the salmon, which was like eating steak. Great recommendation and most importantly great customer service. She talks about if if I was a member of BW, and the perks. So I did so right then and there. Thank you Joselynn and overall BestWestern staff! Great job Regards Tom
The hotel was a subpar facility overall but the front desk service and restaurant were impeccable. Carli’s service at the front was excellent, very welcoming and warm. Always had a smile and very kind.
This would have been a 5 star review, - rooms are very nice, lodge nice area nice, staff very accommodating - but when we went to use the hot tub and pool, we were informed they were closing the pool early because of a planned power putt, the power got shut off to the entire town from around 10:15pm - 4am unexpected and we were unable to use the hot tub in the morning because the power outages broke it. But that was kind of all out of the hotels control. Not aure why the power was shut off, maybe for fire danger.
